- Coopers Canadian Blonde Extract
- Brew Enhancer 3
- US05 yeast
- 300g raspberries at the end of ferment for 3 days.
A darker than dark hoppy Amber Ale, one of my favourites.

- Coopers Family Special Amber Ale Extract
- 2 x 500g Light Dry Malt
- 250g Dextrose
- dry hopped with 25g Mosaic, 25g Citra, 25g Galaxy
Starting Gravity: 1.055
