A darker than dark hoppy Amber Ale, one of my favourites.

  • US05 Yeast
  • Coopers Family Special Amber Ale Extract
  • 2 x 500g Light Dry Malt
  • 250g Dextrose
  • dry hopped with 25g Mosaic, 25g Citra, 25g Galaxy

Starting Gravity: 1.055

Final Gravity: 1.012
